Jonathan is a Creative Director with more than 20 years' experience. He spent the majority of his career at Interbrand where he was Executive Creative Director and a member of the board, leading some of their largest projects. He has won Design Effectiveness and Design Week Benchmark awards for his work on Barclays and Barclaycard, amongst many others.

Pete started his career after Cambridge University as a planner at advertising agency Lowe's before he realised that words and branding were his real interest.
Before setting up The Clearing he was Head of Verbal Identity at Interbrand, sitting on the board and responsible for setting the standards for tone of voice, messaging and naming. An award-winning creative director, Pete has led high profile projects within almost every sector, advising clients across the world on their use of language.

Richard has more than 17 years of consulting experience. He spent much of his career at Interbrand where he was a board director providing strategic advice to many of the consultancy's highest profile clients. Before setting up The Clearing, he spent three years as part of the senior team at Dave.

Before setting up The Clearing, Andy worked at
The Partners, Wolff Olins and most recently at Interbrand, where he was quickly promoted to Executive Creative Director. With more than 15 years of experience, Andy has led creative development for many major clients and has won many awards including D&AD and Design Effectiveness.
